Swedish international striker insists Les Parisiens not the time to be the best in Europe.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic confirms Paris Saint-Germain have not been able to compete with clubs like Barcelona, FC Internazionale and Juventus, because they still lack experience at the highest level.
Former AC Milan striker is comparing the situation experienced by his new club Manchester City last season, where the Premier League champions failed to qualify in the Champions League group stage.
"We have not level with Barcelona, Juventus or Inter. We have not won the title used. That points we forget, a bit of experience at a high level," said Ibrahimovic told Eurosport.
"Manchester City were knocked out in the group stage last season, but that does not make them a bad team. They're just not used to performing in the Champions League."
PSG will start the journey in the Champions League encounter with Dynamo Kiev, Tuesday (18/9).
